ANBU Mask

made this great mask for me and I pained it. It was for my cousins ANBU Cosplay for San Diego Comic con. Now I feel at this point I should say I have been working for the Masquerade at the con for years now and I have a costuming belief, do it first, do it better, or do it different. I know a lot of people are doing the ANBU costumes so I can’t do it first, and I was really under the gun for making it so I couldn’t do it better; the only thing left was to do it different. So I spent hours doing research and found that each mask is meant to be unique to the person wearing it. My cousin's favorite color is blue so made all her weapons and her mask in blue instead of the canon red. The mask are all meant to be animal faces, I was going for a dog (my cousin jess’s favorite animal) but I think it looks like a angry Panda, most every one agrees and Jess didn’t mind so, Angry Panda it is.

The only problem we had with the mask was that the elastic strap that I hot glued on came off. To fix it I use a stapler and that worked great. And because it was made out a soft material it took a betting and never broke. At one point my cousin’s bag on it but it was fine. I got a lot of complements on the mask. Thanks so much Soji.
